1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and CAVIE TECH LTD ("CAVIE", "we", "us"), concerning your access to and use of our website, digital agency services, and educational programs offered via CAVIE Creative-Tech Academy (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. CAVIE Academy Enrollment, Tuition & Refunds
For students applying to and enrolling in CAVIE Creative-Tech Academy bootcamps, the following specific terms apply:
- Admissions Evaluation: Submission of an application form does not automatically guarantee admission. Cohort seating is competitive and subject to evaluation by our admissions team.
- Tuition & Installment Plans: Tuition fees must be paid according to your selected payment schedule. For 2-installment plans, the initial installment is required to lock in enrollment, and the second installment is due mid-cohort as defined in your admissions notice.
- Promotional Discounts: Early bird discounts (such as 20% promotional pricing) apply strictly within the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively.
- Refund Policy: Tuition payments are eligible for a 100% refund up to seven (7) calendar days prior to the official cohort start date. Once a cohort officially begins, tuition payments become non-refundable.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, all Site content, proprietary software, design systems, branding, and Academy curriculum/syllabus materials remain the intellectual property of CAVIE TECH LTD. Student Ownership: Students enrolled in CAVIE Academy retain 100% intellectual property ownership of the personal projects, codebases, design assets, and video showreels they independently create during their bootcamp sprints.
4. User Representations & Code of Conduct
By using the Site or participating in CAVIE Academy cohorts, you represent and agree that:
- All registration and application details you submit are true, accurate, and current.
- You will maintain professional standards of respect and integrity during live cohort sessions and reviews.
- You will not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit CAVIE Academy instructional materials without authorization.
- You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means (e.g., scraping bots).
5. Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site or adjust curriculum schedules at our discretion without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or participation in CAVIE Academy programs shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts within our operating jurisdiction.
